Kelly Wearstler says "One small item can give rise to a bigger story." This is from page 123 from her book MODERN GLAMOUR. This quote takes up one full page juxtaposed next to a full page photograph of a tassel.
Jonathan Adler says "tassels are the earrings of the home." This from page 159 of his book MY PRESCRIPTION FOR ANTI-DEPRESSIVE LIVING. (Sometimes I think they are the same person, but that's another rant for another time).
Old school decorating doyennes and strippers have used tassels for centuries.
Moi? I love them, and vamp up the whole house with them!

There are so many possibilities with tassels, they need never go out of style. I love 'em.
